“I have been fortunate enough to have had one of the first Stable Comfort flooring systems in one of my stables for over 2 yrs. I can not recommend this stable flooring highly enough. At the time I was in need of a easy to clean dust free bed for a pony stallion that had developed a severe tracheal infection and I stumbled across the Woody Pet bedding and this mattress system in my search for suitable flooring for my boy. The bed is easy to install taking no more than half a day and could be easily installed by any one that can use a drill and a stanley knife and it can also be easily installed on any pre existing floor surface.
We have ours laid over the top of concrete. Cleaning and maintaining this stable is a breeze and all the ponies that have used that stable are always found flat out sleeping soundly. I use a bag or two of Woody pet bedding on the mattress from personal choice and find that works well for me but I am sure it would be just as suitable with any other form of bedding material to soak up urine. Cleaning is a breeze as well once a year we undo the plastic edge strap at the door and wash the whole mat out with a high pressure hose and a bit of stable disinfectant.
Now that Paramount is the new importers of this great product I'm looking forward to changing all my stables over the saving in time and bedding will be well worth it.”

Tracy & Allan also break-in horses. They are worked and boxed while not in work. When they are geared up they usually thrash around and buck slipping on the concrete floor.
